1. Booking and Payments

• Tour Confirmation: Bookings made through our website, email, or direct communication are only confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation and payment (or required deposit) specified during the booking process.

• Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in Thai Baht (THB) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend pricing prior to final booking confirmation.

• Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways or direct bank transfer.

2. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

• Customer Cancellations: If you need to cancel or modify your booking, you must notify us as soon as possible via email at grrungtawan@gmail.com or phone at 087 272 8925. Refund eligibility depends on the notice given:

  • Cancellations made within our specified notice period will be subject to our refund schedule (less any administrative or bank transfer fees).

  • No-shows or late arrivals on the day of the tour are non-refundable.

• Cancellations by Us (Weather & Safety): Outdoor and island tours in Krabi are subject to weather, marine, and sea conditions. If we cancel a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues, you will be offered:

  1. An alternative tour date or time, or

  2. A full refund for the canceled booking.

3. Customer Responsibilities & Health Requirements

• Health & Fitness: Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the activities booked (e.g., boat trips, snorkeling, trekking). Please inform us in advance of any pre-existing medical conditions, pregnancy, or mobility restrictions.

• Compliance with Regulations: Guests must follow the instructions of our guides and boat crew at all times and comply with local environmental laws, park rules, and marine safety directives.

• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive personal travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, accidents, and personal belongings prior to participating in any tour.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Scope of Service: While we take every reasonable measure to ensure your safety and enjoyment, GR Rungtawan Co., LTD is not liable for personal injuries, illness, death, loss or damage to personal property, delays, or additional costs resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, weather conditions, or actions of third-party vendors).

• Website Use: The content on www.grrungtawan.com is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
